Tenant Support
We hold very high standards to which we look after your future homes. We believe that we differ from others in terms of our high level of organisation at all periods of tenancy, which is crucial in providing quality service. We also offer regular cleaning in all of our properties, which maintains hygiene levels and overall happiness of all tenants.
Process for Tenants
Tenants Contacts Us and Schedules Viewing
We will answer any questions you have when you contact us via email, phone or WhatsApp message us. We will schedule a viewing for your future home and we are happy to answer any further questions you have.
Securing Your Tenancy
To secure your future home we ask for a reservation fee, which is equal to 1 week‘s rent. This payment secures your place and it is deducted off your first month’s rent. There is NO tenant finder’s fee to pay as well.
Tenant Checks
After receiving payment of the reservation fee, we ask for you to promptly send us all of the necessary documents we request from you via email so we can carry out certain checks. We prefer for this to be sent as possible to allow us to move to the next part of the process.
Finalising Tenancy
Everything has now been checked and we will now ask for you to sign the AST Agreement. Once signed, you will receive a copy of it as well as all of the documents you will need before moving in. Welcome to your new home!
