We’ll contact you back within 24hrs of the property viewing outlining the plan moving forward and if we both are happy to move forward we will get the agreement signed, so you can start receiving your guaranteed rent!
As we offer free minor maintenance within our services, we will pay for and carry out any general maintenance issues or specific water, gas or electric problems. Additionally, we offer free regular cleaning and inspections to ensure your property is kept to a high standard.
Yes, we will find you tenants with NO tenants’ finder fees, unlike the majority of letting agents. We will do all of the due diligence and carry out all necessary checks to secure good tenants.

This is not your problem. As we are your only tenant we will cover all rent payments regardless of whether any properties are vacant or full. So it’s really just a case of sitting back and relaxing whilst your rent comes in full every month without fail.
There is no security of tenure for us as part of our agreement, so it should not be an issue. We are happy for you to speak to your lender to check.
