Process For Landlords
Landlord Enquires and We Schedule Viewing
Either you contact us or we contact you regarding how we would both benefit by working together. We organise a viewing and carry out our own due diligence of your property.
Finalising Our Partnership
We’ll contact you back within 24hrs of the property viewing outlining the plan moving forward and if we both are happy to move forward we will get the agreement signed, so you can start receiving your guaranteed rent!
Ongoing Property Care
As we offer free minor maintenance within our services, we will pay for and carry out any general maintenance issues or specific water, gas or electric problems. Additionally, we offer free regular cleaning and inspections to ensure your property is kept to a high standard.
